Small by choice, experienced by years

FSD Care is the trading name of Fat & Sen Disability Pty Ltd, a locally run disability support provider based in Grovedale, Victoria 3216.

We started FSD Care after more than ten years of working hands-on in disability and personal care. In that time we saw how much better support goes when people know who is coming, when workers have time to listen, and when someone actually answers the phone. That is the kind of provider we set out to be.

We keep our team small so we can stay close to every person we support. You will meet your workers before they start, you will have a direct line to us, and we will check in with you regularly to make sure your support is working.

What we believe

• Your choice and control. You decide what support you want, when, and who provides it.
• Dignity and respect. We respect your culture, your beliefs, your privacy and the way you like things done.
• Safety without taking over. We plan for risks with you, not around you.
• Doing what we say. If something changes, we tell you early and we explain why.

How we keep standards high

• We are a registered NDIS provider and follow the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
• Every worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and completes the NDIS Worker Orientation Module before their first shift.
• Workers are supervised, and a supervisor checks in with you directly about how your support is going.
• We record and act on every complaint and incident, and report to the NDIS Commission when the law requires it.
